Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payments through PayPal, including direct credit card payments and eCHECKs. We also accept payments through postal mail. Fill out the Order Form and mail it to the address on the form. You may use this form to pay with a personal check, money order, or credit card. Please note: You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to open the Order Form. To download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, click here. We accept orders over the phone at (817)281-5424. However, our office hours are limited so please feel free to leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Shipping and Handling
Products will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, or First Class International for orders outside of the United States. There will be a $2.00 additional charge for international orders, just use the online ordering system and it will charge you according to the table below. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

DVD Player Compatibility
The following DVDs are of the DVD-R format:

They are compatible with almost all new DVD players, but we would still advise that you check the DVD player's documentation before purchasing our products. Also Check this list for player compatibility. It is by no means comprehensive but might tell you if your player is incompatible. If you know of an incompatible DVD player that needs to be added to the list, please email us and let us know.
All other releases are mass produced replicated DVDs that are compatible in any DVD player.
Videos are currently only available in DVD NTSC format, English, and are not close captioned or subtitled. If you would like a VHS copy, please contact us and we might be able to make arrangements.

Knife kits, as seen in the videos we offer, are available from Texas Knifemaker's Supply.
